First appointment (60 minutes)
During this time we’ll listen to you and your health concerns, not only the physical, but also your mental and emotional wellbeing. We will take a deep dive into your health history, dietary habits, and blood work. All of this information will help us design the best treatment plan for you. We’ll suggest herbal medicine, dietary modification, and other lifestyle changes based on your unique needs and goals in a specialised and targeted treatment plan.
Follow up Appointment (30 min)
Our follow-up appointment is a chance to review your progress, assess response to treatment, and make any necessary adjustments. We believe follow-ups are a crucial part of your healing journey.
